We are looking for a Receptionist. You will be the friendly and welcoming face of the company, responsible for supporting and managing the reception of phone calls, travel reservations and supplies.

What will your duties be?

  • Manage and filter incoming national and international telephone calls, requiring a B2 level of English and perform appropriate routing.
  • Correctly attend to in-person visits that take place in the company, as well as preparing and reserving meeting rooms. Visit and access control.
  • Provide accurate information and respond to customer queries both by telephone and email.
  • Manage the company’s generic email, as well as messaging with the different agencies.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as preparing documents and organizing files.
  • Collaborate with other departments as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete daily activity reports.
  • Control and coordination of maintenance suppliers. Address possible company maintenance incidents. Search and request for quotations and suppliers.
  • Control and purchase of office supplies.
  • Coordination with the travel agency in the processing of tickets and reservations.



  • Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant or customer service role.
  • English level B2.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.

  • Knowledge of office tools, such as Microsoft Office.
